Road Angel Laser detector
#2
Paul,
Blackspot said sometime in February when I saw them at Autosport show and they had them on the stand as part of a full kit or separate but weren't selling them there
can be retrofitted to std road angel for approx 20 quid afair - dunno how they alert you apart from bleeping / flashing as there isn't a specific laser readout on the display...

Apple, you mean laser detector or jammer/diffuser? I would say a mere detector is useless as they can get a fix on you in just a second or two and it effectively tells you you just been nicked. The jammer gives you time to react, check your speed, then switch it off and smile smugly
The Snooper jammer has been available for ages and plugs straight in the back of the Road Angel. It alerts you by screeching and flashing the 'Mobile' camera warning. I've seen quite a few ads selling the two as a package. BlackSpot can advice you of a retailer.
Richard.
