The old Sony's just died - so i needs a replacement...

Don't want to spend a fortune - ICE isn't everything to me, but i'd like to get a decent enough system i can uprate it later, with an amp and changer say.

So, whats the best £150-200 is going to buy me?

And whilst we're on it - any speaker suggestions would be really helpful too.
