Amp to fit under front seat?

To keep the boot of my MY99 Wagon clear I want to fit an amp under the front seat.
Will something (W/D/H) 351 x 226 x 66 fit?
Height looks the critical thing.
There was a post while back about a Philps DAP6040 which was 300 x 267 x 56
