I'm after a screen to roof mount for the back seat passengers to watch cartoons!
I've checked a few out and found this one....
Clicky
What are your thoughts on price, quality and overall opinion?
Will it work with my Clarion VRX928RVD?
Mods, please don't edit, as I am after advice on the screen, its not an advert for the seller.

They work well with most dvd`s and should be fine, they are pal/ntsc compatable.
Ive install chinese/import stuff before and its a bargain..if you dont mind cheesy manufacturer names.
Hope this helps

I would rather put one on a funky arm in the central glove box.
People managed for years to entertain 3 year olds in cars long before car tvs existed.
I would have thought some kind of sedative or a straight jacket and gag!
seriously though, rather than a roof mounted thing which permanently adds weight involves cutting and costs a lot mroe, why not get one of those removable all in one screens and players which just plugs in to the cigarette lighter?

MWP...
No probs mate.
messiah...
I'd rather not butcher my nice new STI seats! Plus, the roof mount is somewhat stealth for prying eyes.

Cheers mate.
Adam M...
I already have the motorised in dash screen, and I don't want another screen up front... just a distraction, not to mention illegal. (don't fancy a fine, or worse a prang! )
If I got the roof mount, it could be put on just for the eyes in the back, not distracting me, and keeping them occupied.
As for weight.... 800g, not exactly detrimental to performance is it?
At £106, I thought it'd be a bargain...

any reason for putting it in the roof rather than on the back of a headrest?

talizman,
i was talking about an all in one unit mounted between the front seats on the centre glove bax visible only to the rear passengers.
They come with dvd players built in, plug into the cigaratte lighter and are removable.

I didn't want to spend too much, since I've already got a DVD player up front, so a stand alone screen will suffice.
Also, due to the fact that I'll NEVER see it, I don't want to spend too much!
