How/which is the best place to mount amps in a type R also how do you get all the cabling into the boot??

Cabling to the boot is the usual, seats out, lift the carpets and run it down the floor of the car. Just remember to keep the rca's as far from the power cables as possible to minimise interference, preferably down either side of the car.
Mounting the amp is personal preference, if you don't carry items in your boot that would damage it you can pretty much mount it anywhere.
