Question

I'm thinking of changing my CD changer for an MP3 unit. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Thanks in advance.

Don't buy the Kenwood one, OK it sounds nice but it has one BIG draw back - it cannot display ID tags or CD text so you can have a bit of a trawl finding tracks, i just leave mine on random and let it play.

Thumbs up

Get the SONY MP40. I have the earlier model (MP30) and it is outstanding. I've seen the MP40 is even nicer to look at.

Get it from a web based firm for about £130. It's in HALFORDS so you can go in and try it out.

Hope this helps mate.

Yes the Sony MPX40 is a very good player but...

1. It has no dimmer for when your lights go on
2. The front panel is fiddly to refit
3. The blue/white/red immulination doesn't match the rest of the dash.
