I have some JL Audio top of the range 6x9's which I really would like to use in my new install.
Is it true I can fit them into the back doors, or will it be better to stick something else in there?
I'm putting Focal 6.5" into the fronts (components) which running a classic RF DVC 12" Sub. All powered by 300/4 + 500/1 JL Audio amps.
Cheers, MikeyB

I guess you've got VR690s. They will be difficult to fit but more importantly they will not perform well. There is very little space at the bottom of the rear doors when the window is down. We usually fit Focal 130V slims with the tweeter higher up the door. It's a real shame, we love JL 6 by 9s but your sub should deal with the lows.
