hi, i need to fit my focal utopia 6" components in my doors but i think i'm gonna need to re-build my door cards, has anyone done this? have ya got any pics to put me in the rirht direction?, it's a 98 model by the way.

I've got 16.5 cm Sony's in the front of my car, '98 UK.

Removed old speakers and binned them

New ones: used old ones first before binning, and Sony template, (or new speaker), to draw out a pattern for a spacer, which I cut out from 12mm MDF. (Jigsaw, patience).

Two coats of primer, and it's in, been in 2 years no probs so far. No rebuilding necessary.
