I'm just the moderator, not the oracle of all knowledge!
Anyhow, I haven't heard those particular models, but I did run kenwood 5" speakers crossovers and tweeters in a different car for quite a while - they're now in my wife's car. They'll be an improvement, but in my experience of an older model, the midrange was quite lacking.
If they're cheap, you could probably do worse!
Dunno about fitting - if they're 6 inch they should fit quite easily and if they're 6.5 inch you may need to fiddle.
