My electric aerial isn't going down after use on my 97 sti
Only got it yesterday, but it makes a horrible noise for about 30 secs as its trying to go down.
Is this an easy thing to replace / repair?

yes its easier to replace than repair.
Pull back all the boot lining from the left side of the car, locate the aerial and box, unscrew and lift out.
replacements vary in price from £10-£50
