Just changed scooby wagon 2.0i sport, for 2.0 turb o tesco's quoted £1054.20 to insure me 24 and wife 21. Rang around but couldn't get it any cheaper. Rang back to buy paid deposit & balance in 10 installments.Paperwork has just landed & premium h as gone up £177.98. NOT HAPPY.

Are you sure that the "increase" is not just the APR on the premium because you are paingy by installments???
