I expect there loads of other topics asking this, but here we go.
I am 20 and want a scooby turbo.
Does anybody know of anywhere that will insure me.
I have tried Direct line already and they said not until I am 21.
Any help will be appreciated.

Wait till your are 21 mate. I know probably hundreds of people have told you but i had this same problem. 6 months ago i was 20 and no one would touch me. I had one quote from adrian flux for a Uk turbo but that depends on your previous cars. Now im 21, tesco and direct line have offered me a good quote (well compared to everyone else)!

Have you thought about instead of going for a turbo, going for a 1.6, 1.8 or 2.0 sport? The 1.6 is still quite quick (dad has one and its mad! lol).

I would say go for the sport and then you can see about running costs to cause with a subaru, if the clutch goes, bye bye nearly £1000 or over depending where you go!

Or if you cant wait, try when your 21 and atleast you will get soem offers then. I got offered to take out a TPFT insurance with someone and they quoted me £8000! Thats more than the bloody car. lol
