So: Just got off the phone with local crown court clerk..
SP60 is a NEW offence code, "exceeding 60mph Speed limit".
NOT
"Undefined speeding offence" as per my insurer..
(and possibly many more of you)
A lot of the online quoting co's class sp60 as "undefined..."
even though according to courts that is now defunct.
I got "gunned" in july this year, so it is definately in effect since then.
So make your your insurer knows the score chaps.
grrr..![Frown](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/frown.gif)

i got nabbed in a 60 limit. On the slip the copper gave me it said SP60. But came back from Fixed Penalty office as a SP30 ?? Couldn't be arsed to argue.
Don't know what difference it makes on insurance between SP30 and SP60?
