Question

OK, just renewed the insurance:

Most companies came in at £900 to £1000, including Greenlight, Eagle Star, AA etc.

Best two, were : Tesco £624 and Norwich Union £608

Similar XS at ~£250
Tesco would not offer Protected NCB

Male, Age 31, 1 third party claim 2 months ago fully recovered, wife has has 2 claims (1 accident, 1 recovered theft) in last 3 years.

1998 MY98, 10000 miles a year, CAT 1, tracker.

So, then declared modifications, back box, 17" speedline wheels, and rear silencer. Spoilers etc not important to NU, but declared for Tesco.

Tesco jumped to £735
NU junped to £708

Pretty good deal I thought - any opinions ?

Norwich union were pretty good, but will only insure for upto 3 modifications, so for a few mods they're OK

Thought I'd share this information.
