Exclamation

First things first, once its registered then you will never get it removed from a HPi report nor the cat D that the car has suffered.
AFAIK a cat D is an economical write off (ie it costs more than 60% of the cars value) so it would have had to have had one hell of a smash to knock 13k's worth of damage bill off it.....
You could go and drive the car, this would be the best indication of how well its been repaired (and if you can get the car into 3 figures to see if its stable at the speeds it was designed to do) but myself, i would leave it alone and go for an STi5 type R for less money (but try to get a P1 ecu for it )

Question

Would a P1 ECU suit an STi5 R though?
I thought the gearing was different so surely the map would be?

Wink

It should fit in without any problems as its the engine its mapped for
RPM wise, it would still go for the fuelling to match the power given at that point.

Tony (ps there is always the TEK route if a P1 ecu isnt available).
