I`m looking for advice on which tracker advice is best for insurance purposes. In best I probably mean cheapest to buy + subscription resulting in lower premiums. The two types i know are Tracker moniter or horizon or RAC Trackster 24hr protecter or guardian. any advice would be apreciated to enable me to get an 03wrx ASAP.

 

The best people to ask is the Insurance co your planning on doing business with, they will be able to give you the varied discounts each model/option you go for.

I'm with Greenlight and they give no reduction for a tracker, some will not touch you without one (Tesco for eg), different places have different rules. Are you getting one to lower your insurance or to have peace of mind, if the former it might not be worth it.
