Would you class a scooby imported from belguim etc as a import or insure it as a uk car ?

alsowhat about cypruss ?

As long as it was not destined for the japanese market then no, but you still have to tell the insurance co where it has come from. Majority of the co's will be ok, but you find some that are difficult.
