2 Cars, 1 Premium or Storage Insurance

Lads and Ladesses,
I have a MY00 Turbo which I dont want to use for work trusging up and down the M\Way.
So I want to buy another car.
My NCB is on my Turbo and I believe you can't use NCB on two seperate premuims, is this right?
If this is the case does anyone know places which have premiums for two cars at once.
Or a company who will insure my Subaru for storage only for one year. i.e sits in the garage and doesnt move.
Or a place which has good competitive introductory rates, i.e 4 years NCB free on first years insuracen premium.
Your help will be much obliged.
