Trying to get a quote for a Punto Gt, only mods are alloys but i cant seem to see the part about modifications, is there a part? sumwhere wantes you to agree that the car has not been modded, does this mean no mods on tesco insurance??????

Not on the online quote. You need to ring up. Shouldn't be too bad on wheels - but they hate powermods, they hike 10% per 10% power i think...

As above really. They don't worry about big brakes and aren't too bad if you have any body mods but they do ask for a value of modification.

As for power increases they are rubbish. I got a quote on a Nissan GTIR with bits and bobs fitted but it was only running about 250BHP at most (filter, zorst, std boost) and they added about £700 to the premium.

Adrian Flux were good though, only charged another £100 for all the mods but I think people here may have had probs with them.
