Theiving w**nkers stole my MY97 R UK, broke in the house taken both sets of keys.
Never made a claim of any sort in the past, I'm insured with the Norwich Union (not direct), they've requested all my paper work.
Any adivce on how to maximise the settlement would be appreciate.
Cheers,
Leigh - Scoobyless for a week now, gutted![Frown](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/frown.gif)

Be ready for the 3rd degree/ suggest you research your life hisory including great grandmothers maiden name and every address you have lived at since your conception let alone birth/as regards the scooby be prepared to show that that you polished and tuned it 25 hours out of the 24 as a minimum/nu are less troublesome that some of the other unmentionable ******* in the insurance game but suggest you research autotrader and specialist mags and this web site for similar models on sale as evidence of value/the policy probably covers belongings in the car for around £100 so dont forget to claim for them/your house contents insurance may cover your belongings for more than that so contact them as well/you will be able to claim back the road tax/suggest you look at dvlc website for details / dont accept 1st offer from nu/be prepared to argue yours was worth more.
best of luck
