Tescos gave me a quote of 780 on a uk turbo, I'm 23 with 4years ncd.

Is anyone going to be able to beat this?

I doubt it.

I went through this exercise last month for my son (24 with 7 years protected NCD). He is currently with Egg, the difference between Egg and Tesco was not worth the bother of changing.

I must have rang about 20 insurance companies - most of them would not even quote.

If I was you I would give Egg a call and leave it at that.

Be sure to check on their security requirements as it might be Cat1 alarm and some tracker device.

SPEN, yes it requires a tracker which all the ones I would look at have.

Elephant were 1200.

Yep my son has a tracker and cat 1 immobiliser. I think most of them have this requirement now to insure anyone under 30.
