My own renewal with lv has just been reached so i checked with their website to get a polite message that as an existing policyholder i should ring their call centre.so i tried their website again but had to move upstairs to 5a (from no 5) before i got a price which was 15% cheaper than my renewal so of course i accepted.many other companies seem to operate this due pricing giving a discount for new customers but why should renewal customers be discrimated against ?
