they wont insure an import if its more than 10 years old.is this the same as all the companies.

So what happens if you're car turns ten years old, they refuse to continue insuring you? Crazy!
The indian robot at NU told me the older the car the more expensive, I couldn't figure it out, surely less valuable...? They said, the older it is the more likely it is to breakdown, so higher insurance, now WTF has it breaking down got to do with my insurance? They think it's gonna lockup in the outside lane of the motorway or something??

i just phoned tesco.they said they will insure an import up to about 25 years old.
it shouldnt be that hard to get covered.but i think youd be pretty limited to the amount of companies wholl do it.
