My guess is you'll have fun and games, my insurer Bell Direct didn't have a clue so I emailed them the details then they said NO on my Sti 8. I'm beginning to think what's the point, if there's only a couple of insurers who will cover PPP you've got problems if your premium goes up.

I'm not exactly high risk either 32, no points and 9yrs no claims.

I used to be with Bell Direct until recently and from memory they were more than happy to take on the PPP ... for a price. I've said "sod it" for now on getting more performance on the scoob. Just too damned expensive to justify right now

BTW I have since moved from Bell Direct to Privilege saving £500 (Bell's service was excellent, just the premium saving that made me move) and Privilege will also quote with a PPP ... must ... resist ...

Thumbs up Norwich Union

I,ve just renewed my insurance with Norwich Union Direct. Premium was £599 with legal assistance and hire car cover.

I am 35 with SP30 no tracker and full protected NCD.

I had other quotes ranging from £800 to £1500. Pays to shop around on the net.
