Think your best bet is to try Tesco's they seem very good for young drivers but bear in mind they will request a tracker.

I would expect it too be pretty high tho £1000+ considering age and SP30

Good Luck

Agree, think Tesco's will be your best bet.

Was in the same situation, with the SP30...in my maidstone house i was paying £1200 TPFT, address change to my London address with now 3 yrs no claims has pushed my premium up to £2100!!

With Tesco's....

Unhappy

Tesco's don't insure under 23's or 25's? on Impreza's at least last time I tried to get a qoute earlier in the year. Also Elephant want £2500+ FC now for me (22yrs old 2yrs NCD good area) on a standard MY99 Turbo when I could have insured a RB5 WR Sport for £1600 @ 21yrs old with 1yrs NCD. Tis sad that due to lower prices of classics too many boy ricers have made the Impreza uninsurable for younger drivers I also see Adrian Flux etc. no longer insure mods either I suggest wait a few years or get something different altogether.

Try www.confused.com also

I had trouble with Tesco earlier on in the year when teasing the website for quotes. Gave me my renewal no problems though and also quoted me a better price from scratch online than the renewal... I think they're stil a bit funny about imports though.
