Argggggggh

Why cant I ever get hold of someone who speaks PROPER ENGLISH!!!

Customer services seems to be in India and they dont understand me!!

They have fooked up my cover!!
Twice, yes, TWICE I have sent a direct debit mandate form and they still cant take the payment!!
There is plenty of funds in the bank but they say there has been a problem.

Now they want the full sum by the 3/1/05 or the cover is cancelled.

I tried to explain it to her/it but the words i was using mustn't have been in the training book!! (no I didnt swear)

Now I know why they are so cheap for cover, its cause they pay peanuts and have retarded MONKEYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyone else had problems???
I have been with them for about 5 years and they were ok, till I get a problem that is!!!

OOOOOOOOOooooooooh IM MAD

Change to someone else then and write a letter of complaint to head office. If you don't tell them (either by letter or moving business) they will never do anything about it.

Have 3 policy's with elephant, after 6 months they told me they have made a mistake on the 3rd policy and would be charging me another £45. I called them straight away as not happy. Indian lady said tough luck etc etc. When i asked to speak to a manager she said they were too busy. Eventually arranged a call back from someone 40 mins later and they would not take the additional payment. Now 2 weeks down the line they havent called but managed to take the payment the next day!

I shall be writing a letter as i'm sure they try their best in India but for a customer service it's not good enough.
