I pay £440 for a standard MY05 WRX wagon

No tracker, parked on driveway. I'm 33, with 6 yrs no claims, 3 pts (SP30). Wife is on policy as well (34, full no claims, no points). So I was quoted happy.

I am very interested to see what they'll do if I mention PPP to them though .. anybody here insured through NUD with PPP????

Avalyn.

Agree with this comment. My Mum had to rpocess a claim, via their call centre 10,000 miles away and it was a nightmare. Language problems, calls not returned, arguments over the value, the usual delaying tactics.

She eventually received payment over 5 months after the start of the claim and had to borrow cash to buy the new one, as it took so long.

BEWARE NUD!!!

I'm just in the process of getting quotes - can I ask how much is your excess (voluntary and/or compulsory)?

Just been quoted £595 from Alan and Alan, £1240 from NU (31, 7y NCB, MY93 with mods). Didn't quote me happy at all.
£439 from Herts (current insurer) very pleased, and surprised, given that they wanted £800 for a 2l Mondeo 4 years ago!

Liverpool Vic would insure my mods, which surprised me
