Default elephant/admiral wrx & sti insurance

some of you who read my thread on getting insurance for a wrx300 or have tryed to get insurance for either and sti or a wrx off elephant/admiral (same thing) will know that there system is fcukd up.

i have been looking at quotes for:

- a wrx 300, 21 Y/0 3ncb = £1800
- a wrx sti, 21 Y/O 3ncb = £2900
- a WRX, 21 Y/0 3ncb = !!!!£3800!!!!

whats the crack???

their pricesappear to be in the wrong order!

I know the feeling mate, I've bought a turbo 2000 and can't run it for 2 months until my renewal is due.
They'll quote cheaper on a P1 than on my car!!

Random number generating me thinks....

its weiod as. makes you think weather they know anything about car specs at all.

My renewal came the other day saying it was £1090, so i went on the internet site put all my details in and it said £803, so i rang them and they done it for the cheap price, i think they just try it some times

elephant quoted me well last year then a couple of days before i was going to take it out they went and bumped the price up £300! made it the same price as my renewal so stopped with norwich union. looked again this year and they want £900 - 22yr old - 5yrs ncd

I think I replied to your other post, but I had the same thing the WRX300 was cheaper than the WRX.... I just went with it, in fact thats why I ordered the WRX300 instead of WRX + PPP it was soooo much cheaper!
