Ways to lower insurance?

Hi all, I’m looking for some advice here.
Currently have Full NCD, CAT1 fitted, garaged.
Can’t change my age
or annual mileage and not prepared to change my postcode.
Hey, I've even put my missus on as a named driver
& this lowered my premium
- but if she thinks she's getting behind the wheel
- Oi missus No!)
So what other options are there to get further discounts, what sort of %age or fixed £ discount should I expect?
I really need some advice here so I can consider whether or not it is worth the additional expediture etc..
Here's a couple of my thoughts:
Would fitting a tracker give me an additional discount to the CAT1? If so, by how much?
What about an advanced driving course, are these recognised by insurance companies and if so could you recommend some? Again, if so by how much?
Anything else?
I really need some help here, any comments or further suggestions would be welcomed.
Thanks

Wow, that was a quick response - Thanks.
Is there a max limit on voluntary excess? I forgot to mention I've currently got £250 compulsory £100 voluntary.

- right that's it I gonna have to start using the spell checker thingy]

I have a £650 excess
I also have Navtrak fitted but hasn't made any difference with Privilege. It can make between 10-20% with some compainies.
It cost £250 fitting and £14.99 a month.

Chris,
Privilege Insurance have a scheme going with BSM (called Masterdrive) where you spend 2 hours with a BSM Instructor, showing him/her that you can drive (sensibly!). For £50 you get 10% discount off all future premiums. I saved £65 quid, so it was well worth it for me!![](http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/wink.gif)
