Modified Vehicle Insurance
A word of warning.......
Always check with your insurers what happens when you have a claim if your vehicle is modified.
Just because you have declared all your mods doesn't mean they will be replaced in the event of a claim.
Keith Michaels (and Greenlight) will cover your modifications on a like-for-like basis. Not all insurers offer this!!!
After chatting to lots of people at shows and on the telephone it would appear that lots of people don't realise their mods won't be replaced, or taken into account in the payout price, in the event of a claim.
Always check wth your insurers as to where you stand
(A lot of you guys may be very suprised)

Sound advice
If you recently spent allot of money on a bodykit and it gets pinched off your car, it won't be funny when the garage fits standard bumpers back on .

thanks im just really keen on them not writing it off, as I have too much invested in it for them to make me a "sensible" offer for it
I have:
full sti interior out of a version 4
sti rear spoiler (brand new as per the GB I just organised, in 406 silver)
sti gear **** (real one, bloody expensive)
sti intercooler
sti radiator cap
plus some other bits sat in my daughters room waiting to be fitted.
ooh got a new job if you can update it for me, now a full time hgv driver.
gary do you like watches? if so pm me.
does this count as declaring mods?
