Try the insurance section? maybe some info on there, or get an online quote?

I've got a novel idea...why not ring your current insurer up and ask them

Default Insurance Companies

Try confused.com for a comparison and definitely give Elephant a call. I'm 23 with an 01 Bugeye and Elephant gave me the best quote out of all the insurers.

I actually phoned about 25 different insurers including the ones that advertise in Max Power.

Good luck mate

I'm het for £1200 for 10 months insurance on a bonus accelerator with 1 years NCB. With the bonus accelerator you get a full years no claims discount after 10 months but you have to pay it all at once.

I usually bang it on the credit card.

Adrian Flux and Bad Boy Insurers from Max Power quoted me £7800 per year....**** that!

Norwich Union won't insure me as i'm under 25.

Watch the bonus accelerator schemes, a lot of them mean that the bonus that you earn with them is only applicable to policies you take out with them.
IE your locked into them and cant use the NCD elsewhere...

Might be hard as most companies wont touch under 25's, I am 26-5 years NCD and have a JDM 02 STI with Direct line I pay £1200 fully comp , Thats with a TSL back box and centre section claimed.

Make sure the car you get has a tracker already on to save you hassle.
Most of the so called spec companies ie in Max(****e) Power are a joke and I wouldn't bother with them.

If you can get it for less than 1200 I would be impressed. What part of the UK do you live in? If its a high crime area its going to be expensive. I paid 1600 for my 03WRX and I was older than you too.
