I am new to Scoobs and have just got a 98my Impreza Turbo. I have got insurance with Hastings Direct for £537 fuly comp. with protected NCB- the same price(ish) as my 106 GTi with NIG. The Scooby has got Morrette lights Prodrive 17" wheels and High spoiler.Hastings wanted to up the premium by another ton but the dealer I bought the car from sent them a letter saying the 'extras' were factory fitted (which they were when new) and so Hastings kept to the original quote. Other people I know use them for various cars and they are always competitive. I guess it helps having a clean licence (but not for long,I feel!),full NCB and being 32!
