Insuring a competition car?
Anybody got any experience of this.. MoleyWrx gave me a contact but couldnt get any response from that company
Car is pretty much never used on the road, maybe 100 - 200miles per year. mostly trailered, but need it to be road legal ideally
Car will have circa 700+ Bhp, full cage, etc.. (And not my daily driver!)
Allways garaged too..

Try emailing Simon de Banke on simon@scoobysport.com. He had his old 3 door rally car insured, I *think* with eggar lawson (sp?). Worth a punt to check.

Shaun.

Eggar Lawson have a sub-division called Competition Car Insurance who do fire and theft cover for competiton cars. Web site suggests they also do road cover, they're here.
Got my non-roal legal sprint car insured with them and well happy. A good proportion of their staff compete in sprints and stage rallies too so they're genuine enthusiasts.
