My guess is Tesco's/Directline/Privelige will be a little cheaper, but require a tracker, its all down to luck of the draw, but you can always ring Bell and tell about another quote you've had, they will probably be able get some discount to keep your business.

Have you tried Norwich Union Direct - they quoted me £650 (£250 excess) and no tracker needed.

I just tried Norwich Union online and they say the car cannot be modified at all, so are your gold alloys standard or did they give you a quote on a modified car?
