Cheers M8, I'll go with Frizzel as the others are more expensive by miles unless I get a tracker in which case it goes down to £557 but I have to shell out £300+ subs for a tracker...

I've just had problems re-insuring with Adrian Flux too. Apparently they had a new switchboard system that casued all sorts of problems (it's being replaced). But once I managed to get through to their Customer Relations Department the response, attitude and problem resolution was excellent. So I'm sticking with them. I'm involved with CRM consultancy - so they must have impressed me :*)

If you have any problems I suggest you ask for Customer Realtions.

Tried them yesterday.
Hopeless, transferred me to 5 different people.
Asked for manager who also transferred me without telling me first.
I dread to think what they'd be like if you had a claim to sort out.
Reinsured with privilage. as usual no problems and knew exactly what ppp is etc.

Very dependant who you deal with and how, they have dealt with my bike and car insurance for a while and I have had no problems. Its like any company out there people only remember when things go wrong.

I've had to edit this post as some of the content was libelous, normally I would ask the poster to edit but as you've no email in your profile I couldn't. Sal.

I've had no end of trouble with them

I had loads of trouble setting up the insurance in the fist place - lots of letters threatening to cancel 'coz they had lost stuff.

This weekend out of the blue I got a letter from them. (My insurance has been in place for 6 months). Letter goes - we have been contacted by your insurance company who have requested the following..... so I expect a bit of clarification. No they want the proposal form, a modifications report, imobiliser declaration, copy of the fitment certificate, driving licence copies - they've had all these before, twice in some cases.

They may be cheap but my advice would be don't go there - it's just not worth the hastle !
