Whats the longest time people have waited for a payout ??
I'm still waiting on a claim and it will be 2 years in August since my accident, i'm waiting on medical reports still, just wondering if this is unusal and what sort of times other people have waited.

10 bleeding months , cant imagine 2 yrs!!!
I basically had to do the work for them in the end.
all they needed was a police report, I had to get this arranged myself, as the insurance kept sending letters to the wrong police station and I think they just chucked them out!!
