Hi
My wife has got an over the limit-related conviction, from oct 03, and needs to reinsure by mid june.
Are there any companies which only look at the last 3 years for convictions?
most seem to look at accidents for 5 years, but some just look for 3 years, was hoping i might get lucky?
its for her mini cooper

by over the limit i take it you mean drink driving? if so that is an offence that stay with you for 10 years and she MUST declare it even if they ask "within five years"
I declared my points at renewal this time and they said that even though they'd asked for 5 years as it was over 3 it wouldn't actually count anymore. Drink drive is a lot more serious though.
