I'll second that - my first imprezza this year - they came out top trumps compared to everyone else - even highlighted the pros and cons of voluntary excess that many other insurance companies wanted to hide away so as to lure me in with a low premium total.

I got a quote from them via Confused.com and wondered what they were like for mods, anyone know? They were £200 less than A-Plan but without the mods declared (8-pots, cat-back exhaust, front splitter, flaps).

Just tried them. About £300 (50%) more than my renewal. Main problem being that I use my car for business (ie, driving to client sites).

Just signed up with these guys.....

very helpfull and saved me a fortune - my new quote with them including exhaust change 8yrs ncb and bonus protction was the same price as Privilege wanted without the exhaust and bonus!

As soon as I mentioined exhaust change to Privilege it shot up by nearly £200 !

Performance direct = brilliant!
