Default Does Insurance go down at 25??

Simple question ppl, want to ask "do you see the cost of insurance drop by a noticeable amount after you turn 25??" Or is this just a myth?......

As above I reckon. When I turned 25 I didn't notice a difference. Well I did, it went up! In this day and age with so many uninsured drivers, claims etc I don't really think age makes a difference. Saying that though, the longer you have your own insurance you NCD will go up. Unless you make a claim. Its worth protecting you NCD at the extra cost you won't really notice it.

Had to pay £810 for an Sti today. Admiral has proved time and time again to be the cheapest for me. Tried Keith Michaels 4x today to speak to the Subaru insurance specialist guy there, but had no luck. Seems a busy guy.

Mine went up £30 this year (I did make quite a few changes to the policy though, so was still a hell of a lot cheaper than elsewhere)

well I do live in Bradford (well out in the country side to be fair in middle of nowhere) but this is a city where we have large postcode areas of 53% and 47% of all drivers have no insurance at all.

all inner city areas.

honestly last year i did a quote on confused.com: me (22yrs old male, some accidents, 3yrs ncb, sp30) the quote was £4000 for a blobeye

i changed my birthday to make me 50 and the quote was............ £400!!!!!!

both quotes full comp.....

tho some people in their 30s are still paying more than £1000... shocking...
