PS I also want my 21 year old girlfriend on the insurance...

Phoned tesco. With mods went to £1762

Just phoned privilege - cheapest so far at £1489
without mods is £770....

If I had a turbo (with Tracker) it'd be £1325.....

Arghhhhh......

Question

My Insurance is due for renewal at the end of this month. Last year I paid £1500 with Admiral, and am determined that this year I'll get below the £1000 mark.

Trouble is that I'm 24 (3 years no claims - never made a claim) and my Sport is somewhat modded.

It's a 97R Sport. with:
turbo seats
Ram Air filter
Scooby Sport Exhaust
Turbo suspension
16" Speedlines
Turbo high spoiler

Also got a cat1 alarm & immobilizer

Anyone know of where I can get decent quotes? - The cheapest I've seen has been Tesco (£1050 - but limited to 5 mods I think...) I really don't want to have to (e.g.) swap the filter over to standard just to get cheaper insurance (although it looks like I might have to).

[edited to remove make of alarm...]
