Friend smashed his S2000 on a main road few weeks ago in the ice.
Damage to rear of car. Car was towed to Honda dealer by 3rd party garage.

Car fixed ok, but when car was picked up after repair, noticed damage to underneath of front spoiler - figured damage was done by 3rd party garage towing car onto transporter.

Honda garage says to claim against 3rd party garage, but garage denies liability. Can't blame 3rd party garage for saying this, as their job was to get damaged car off road ASAP!

What to do?
