Calling all insurance claims departments...

Hi Cookstar,
With weather like this, quite a number of people think twice about driving which means that there are less vehicles upon the road. But unfortunately, out of those that do venture out the frequency of claims is pretty high.
The Subaru Impreza models 4x4 system combined with already very good handling clearly also helps the situation, as Impreza models are one of the most capable vehicles (other than landrover etc) to drive in this weather.
From an Impreza drivers perspective the only thing to avoid is 'invincibility syndrome', which most experienced owners will clearly be able to avoid.
It's a case of so far so good *touching wood* with regard to Subaru claims within the snow this year, so credit to all of you and keep up the good work
Kind regards
Tony

Again - touch wood - our claims have been pretty good, the only claims we have had come in are non-fault ones.
Aswell as the benefits Tony mentioned we also find most people with Subaru's have them as their 'pride and joy', so are less likely to drive them in poor conditions, and tend to take more care when they do.
FWIW i have been using a Corsa all week, because i trust myself in the snow, but not others (the ones who don't care it is icey and still speed and tailgate), and i don't want them hitting my Impreza.

Thank you scoobynet for introducing me to aib insurance, they are very very reasonable, I was really struggling to get my spec c insured as most don’t recognise the model! 🫣
