Keith Michaels - Snow Info
Hi folks
Due to a large amount of snow and ice around the local area we are a bit short staffed for the next day or two.
The office is open as usual, but we are opening at 10.00 instead of 9.00.
However, i was unable to get in today, and looks like i'll struggle to get there tomorrow (enless the weather conditions get better overnight).
Our claims department is open as normal - as they are based in Newcastle and aren't southern softies
Apologies for any inconvienience.

More snow in the area has ment that only 4 of the normal 15 people have been able to get in so far today. (local traffic is gridlocked)
Please be aware it may be difficult to get through today, and i'd ask anyone without an urgent query to ring tomorrow
