Default sky insurance, what a joke!!!

well my insurance is due at the end of the month so thought i would phone around for some quotes,

spotted sky insurance on here and gave them a try, big mistake

2007 wrx only mods are brembos and exhaust,(back box only)

im 32,7yrs protected no claims,15 yrs driving,all alarmed/immob etc

they couldnt give me a quote "due to parking my car in my street
even though i stay in a gd postcode and low crime rate."

thats the first ive ever heard of that.

what a joke they are,

That must be a glitch on their system... or maybe you were unlucky and spoke to a person on their 1st day?

I found Keith Michaels and A-Plan the best available for my circumstances

Thank you for trying us and apologies we were unable to help, one of our requirements is to keep the car parked off the public road when parked over night. We run a restricted car club scheme, we are not a mainstream insurer who will insure anything and everything.

As you can see from other people posting in this insurance section, we have been able to save a lot of scoobynet member's some serious money.

Personally, if I am given a no quote when phoning for insurance, I dont take it personally and I move on to the next insurer

Aye, same here. If I did it for every insurer that didn't wanna know when I had my last Scoob, the front page would be full.To the o.p. - keep looking
