What sort of mods do you need to declare to an insurance company?

All cosmetic except HKS panel filter:

STi 6 rear spoiler
New-look front bumper
Clear repeaters
Colour-coding

I think there is definately a line - can't work out where you draw it though. Example - nobody would declare their SO2s as mod's would they, yet these are clearly not Subaru OEM tyres and would cost more to replace in the event of a claim so why not?
