Hello Gary, I called for a quote a couple of months ago now but never got round to getting the car, I now have the car and have been trying to get hold of you for a new quote, but the past 4/5 times I have tried you I always seem to get your answer phone when I ask for you?

I can appreciate that you are busy, but when is the best time to call? I can't leave a message as I can only call at certain intervals from work.

I don't think he has been in due to the weather so if u have called in the last week that would be why you can get hold of him.

I am back in today (cancelled the days holiday i was supposed to have) but as you can appreciate i am manic at the moment clearing the backlog.

I'm getting on top of it now, so ring this afternoon and i should be free.

i managed to get Gary this afternoon, sorted me out and enlightened me to the fact i could do lots of mods at no extra cost to premium quoted, he's hard to get but worth the wait, cheers gary.

Ok, so if I needed to take out the insurance tomorrow (wednesday) I could still do so? If it's very inconvenient mate then I can wait until thursday, if you're going to lose any credit for it or anything!
