In their defence they gave me two great quotes. 1 for my current modified spec and 1 for when the aj lump and sc46 goes in

I wanted a quote about 9 years ago when I got my type r.
The bloke had a right attitude on the phone, I didnt even bother finishing the quote. I have never bothered considering them since.

Ive had a similar experience with another highly favoured sponsor off here. I am with Adrian Flux, well AF direct, and have been for the last 2 years as my experience has been the complete opposite of what you have experienced.
