Removing rubbish tray lid for 3 way pod on MY99 dash

This might sound like a silly question but how do I get the lid off of the rubbish tray thing on my MY99? i'm going to put a 3 way hood in there but the lid doesnt seem simple to remove.

I know you can remove the entire console by removing the 2 screws, is this the only way to remove the lid or can it come off by itself?

you need to take the console off first, the lid is attached from underneath

take a look at Psi3 and look at the downloads on the top right. There is a PDF manual for the fitment of SECS1003. In there there is pictures on how to remove....

Once you remove the whole tray via the two screws, look at where the lid assembly attaches to the tray, there are two more screws which will allow you to detach the lid completely
