Default Data monitoring

Just been looking at the PSI3 device and really like the idea. Are there any others like this out there?

Ideally needs to be single DIN as I already have a space there.

I am in the market for a VI Monitor, but can not figure out how the lap timing works. How I set that start/finish line? ANyone out there with a VI Monitor that can shed some light?

EvoScan OBDII Mitsubishi MUTII DataLogger Scantool

I've been looking at these, on looking at the web site they look very good but not sure if anyone else has tried or used one. They seem very cheap to .

Have a look at Race Diagnostics

Race Diagnostics Ltd - Home

They only cater for the VW group at the moment but I e-mailed him as to whether or not he would be able to cater for Subaru and this is what he e-mailed me back

"Hi,

Yes it could be possible in time. I would need to research the manufacturer specific communications protocol on the Subaru get this working though. Generally, the standard obd2 info that is supplied to generic testers is insufficient.

If you have any insight into this or can point to a forum discussion on this topic it would be great.

Jim

So if anyone's got any info to help him out, please feel free to get in touch with him.
I'd rather have something like the now defunct PSI3 or a RaceDiagnostics version than a load of gauges on top of me dash
