On a serious note, it should all be about driver comfort I suppose. Although on on its own may look odd, passengers might not like the feel of a bucket seat.

i did have just the one for last years season but going for two this year... all about personal preferance rather than been cool or not...
eg if the cars going to be used on a track then id consider fitting a passenger bucket seat dont want them on your lap whilst cornering hard, plus safety, weight saving etc etc...

depends on what you use the car 4 mate i had 1 bucket seat in my first car a r5 gt turbo it was 140 bhp and my mate just bought a brand new civic type r and had a induction kit and remap about 210-215 bhp and i was pulling away from him till i got to about a ton when he come crawling past that was the last time he took the **** out of my shoe box on wheels lol so in that respect i would say it is pretty cool mate
